Maurice McGinty
(NULNR) Maurice McGinty; holding Nulato class stock; Maurice currently serves on the Investment Committee; as President of Gana-A’Yoo Foundation; and Board member for Gana-A’Yoo Services Corporation.  Maurice previously worked as the Dorm Manager for Galena Charter School; Special Assistant to the Superintendent in the Yukon-Koyukuk School District at Nenana; Principal at Nulato, Kaltag, and Huslia; Guidance counselor at Kaltag, Nulato, Koyukuk, and Ruby; and also taught high school and junior high in Nulato.   He has a BA in Elementary Education from University of Alaska, Fairbanks (UAF) and a Masters in Administration from UAF; and Certificate in Guidance Counseling from UAF. 

Ragine P. Pilot
(KOYNR) Ragine P. Pilot; holding Koyukuk class stock. Ragine serves as Chair of the Investment Committee and serves on the board of Gana-A’Yoo Foundation.  Currently, she works part-time for the Galena City School District as a Dorm Manager.  She previously worked as the Tribal Administrator for Louden Tribal Council (LTC) and Director of Tribal Operations for LTC. She is a former State of Alaska DFYS Social Worker and former Chief for Louden Village Council. Ms. Pilot is related (sister) to Board of Director, Linda Fleury.
