Gana-A'Yoo Limited publishes a shareholder newsletter four times a year. The newsletter is called "Denadolale'" (our voice) and all shareholders are invited to submit stories and photographs of their latest achievements.

The goal of the newsletter is to keep all Gana-A'Yoo Limited shareholders and their descendants informed about the company and to share company successes with others.

If you hold Koyukuk or Nulato stock and are interested in serving on the

Gana-A’Yoo, Limited Board of Directors, the

deadline to submit the Director’s Questionnaire is February 23, 2010.

The March 9^th, 2010 date listed in the December 2009 Newsletter is incorrect.

 Shareholders must be 18 years old and hold voting stock.  The election for the three open seats which are for three years will be held during the June 5, 2010 Annual Shareholder Meeting in Koyukuk.
