From the most remote camp to the largest military dining hall, we understand the customer requirements and stand ready to ensure optimum performance during every step of the process.

Our team members share this commitment to excellence. Every aspect of our food service delivery - from the preparation and serving to cleaning the kitchen and dining room to make sure they are inspection ready - is the focus of our team members. We do this with training, attention to detail and a continual cycle of improvement. Our team members are reliable and prepared to do business in a courteous and professional manner every day.

Our service offerings include cafeteria services, full food service, mess attendant and dining facility services, camp support and we are actively seeking ways to evolve our offerings as we partner with our clients to increase overall customer satisfaction. 

We work with our military customers providing end-to-end services. Our dining facility attendants are well trained in all aspects of their work. Our cooks, and contingency cooks are capable and able to step in when called upon. Every member of the Gana-A'Yoo team is dedicated to the mission as we recognize the rigor required in servicing all branches of service.  Our attention to detail has earned our customers a Captain Edward F. Ney Award for food service excellence, which is given to Navy galleys which earn a five-star rating. We have also participated in supporting a Hennessy Award winning dining facility, which recognizes the finest quality and service obtainable in an Air Force dining facility.

With the support of GSC Mechanical, we offer COMPREHENSIVE equipment Maintenance and Support for a variety of professional kitchen equipment including all major categories of gas, electric, steam and ware washing. We have trained and certified technicians to perform repairs on equipment ranging from fryers,steamers, convection ovens, dishwashers, griddles, food warmers, char broilers, hot wells, food processors, toasters, microwaves, plus many more.
