Annual Meeting of Shareholders
Gana-A’Yoo will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders in one of our four villages or Fairbanks, following a rotating schedule. The meeting provides an opportunity to elect new directors, hear reports on company operations for the previous fiscal year, and address any other business that may properly come before the shareholders.

Location: Kaltag School in Kaltag, Alaska
Gana-A’Yoo will hold an in-person meeting with an option for shareholders to participate virtually. Details for virtual attendance are included in the proxy statement and will be provided to shareholders ahead of the meeting.
Voting Materials
By Mail (Default Option):

- Includes the Annual Report with audited financials, Proxy Statement, and Gana-A’Yoo Settlement Trust insert.
- Proxy Voting Packet
- Includes your PIN for online voting and a prepaid return envelope.

- Mailed PIN Letter: As a backup, you will also receive a PIN letter via USPS.

Annual Meeting Prizes
The Annual Meeting prize deadline is Tuesday, June 4, 2024, by 5:00 PM AKDT. To be eligible for Annual Meeting prizes, your proxy or eProxy must be received by this deadline OR you must register to vote at the Annual Meeting. The drawing will be held Friday, June 7, 2024, at the Annual Meeting. You need not be present to win.
