Board members must be 18 years of age or older to qualify. Please note that under federal laws governing private foundations, family members of Gana-A’Yoo Foundation board members are not eligible to receive a Foundation scholarship during their term on the board. Current scholarship recipients are also not eligible to serve on the board.

Shape the Future of Our Corporation

Are you interested in helping to shape the future of shareholders and descendants? We’re seeking passionate individuals to become directors and help lead Gana-A’Yoo to success.

The Gana-A’Yoo Board of Directors has three open positions. This year, the board seats held by Linda Fleury, Melissa McGinty, and Thomas Neglask are up for election. At least one Class B (Koyukuk) and one Class D (Kaltag) shareholder must be elected this year.
