The deadline to submit a letter of interest to serve on the Natural Resources or Shareholder Relations Committee has been extended to Friday, June 14, 2024! Gain valuable leadership experience and contribute to your corporation by serving in Gana-A’Yoo governance.
The Natural Resources Committee, composed of five to six members representing our four villages, plays a crucial role in advising the Board on matters concerning land use. This includes providing insights on stewardship, development, and resource utilization. This committee has seats for non-director shareholders.
Similarly, the Shareholder Relations Committee, consisting of four to five members, each member being a shareholder holding a different class of stock representing each village, focuses on enhancing shareholder interactions. Through advising the Board on policies, programs, and charitable contributions, this committee ensures that shareholder concerns and interests are effectively addressed. This committee has seats for non-director shareholders.
If you want to serve on either the Natural Resources or Shareholder Relations Committee, we invite you to submit a letter of interest by June 14, 2024, to info@ganaayoo.com. For any inquiries or assistance, feel free to reach out to use at 907-569-9599.
