Please note that under federal laws governing private foundations, family members of Gana-A’Yoo Foundation board members are not eligible to receive a Foundation scholarship during their term on the board. Current scholarship recipients are also not eligible to serve on the board.

The Gana-A’Yoo Board of Directors has three open positions. This year, the board seats held by Linda Fleury, Melissa McGinty, and Thomas Neglask are up for election. At least one Class B (Koyukuk) and one Class D (Kaltag) shareholder must be elected this year.
