Gain valuable leadership experience and contribute to your corporation by serving in Gana-A’Yoo governance. We are excited to announce openings on two committees: the Natural Resources Committee and the Shareholder Relations Committee.

The Natural Resources Committee, composed of five to six members representing our four villages plays a crucial role in advising the Board on matters concerning land use. This includes providing insights on stewardship, development, and resource utilization. This committee has seats for non-director shareholders.

Similarly, the Shareholder Relations Committee, consisting of four to five members, each member being a shareholder holding a different class of stock representing each village, focuses on enhancing shareholder interactions. Through advising the Board on policies, programs, and charitable contributions, this committee ensures that shareholder concerns and interests are effectively addressed. This committee has seats for non-director shareholders.
