2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders – June 27, Kaltag
The 47th Gana-A’Yoo Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 4:00 PM AKDT on Friday, June 27, 2025, at the Kaltag School in Kaltag, AK. Gana-A’Yoo is planning to hold an in-person meeting with the option of shareholders to participate virtually. Shareholders will be provided information to attend the meeting virtually prior to the meeting. Voting shareholders have the option to vote their hard copy proxy or online at ganaayoovote.com.
Shareholders who submit their proxy or eProxy by the deadlines are eligible for eProxy, early bird, and Annual Meeting prizes.

KIDS VOTING PRIZES
Kids Voting prize deadline is Tuesday, June 24, 2025, by 5:00 PM AKDT.
- $100 – 1 prize
- $50 – 2 prizes
ANNUAL MEETING PRIZES
Annual Meeting prize deadline is Tuesday, June 24, 2025, by 5:00 PM AKDT. To be eligible for Annual Meeting prizes, your proxy or eProxy must be received by this deadline OR you must register to vote at the Annual Meeting. The drawing will be held Friday, June 27, 2025, at the Annual Meeting. You need not be present to win.
