Class E Open Enrollment Assistance – March 14, 21, 22

Attention Gana-A’Yoo shareholders and descendants! We are coming to the villages to assist with Class E open enrollment applications. To ensure timely processing, please bring your application, original birth certificate, Certificate of Indian Blood issued by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and any additional paperwork, more information can be found here: https://ganaayoo.com/open-enrollment/

Shareholder Distribution: $7.45 Per Share! – (New Enrollees Must Apply by March 24)

The Gana-A’Yoo Limited Board of Directors has approved a distribution of $7.45 per share to be paid out on May 19, 2023. Our shareholder services team has been busy enrolling eligible descendants, class E shareholders. To receive this year’s distribution new enrollees must submit a complete application by 5:00 PM, Friday, March 24. Only approved applications as of March 31 will qualify for the 2023 distribution. To ensure timely processing it is recommended that you provide a Certificate of Indian Blood issued by the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
Descendant Enrollment Assistance and Shareholder Records Update Event – Fairbanks, Feb 1

A Gana-A’Yoo Descendant Enrollment Assistance and Shareholder Records Update event will take place on February 1, 2023, from 10am – 4:30pm in building 701 at the Doyon Industrial Facility in Fairbanks!
On June 3, 2022, Gana-A’Yoo Shareholders voted to open enrollment to eligible descendants born after Dec. 18, 1971. If you would like to submit an application, have questions, or need assistance, Gana-A’Yoo staff will be onsite and available to help. A descendant enrollment instruction booklet, application, and adoption application are available on our Forms and Links webpage and on our Open Enrollment webpage.
- A notary will be available to assist with gifting applications.
- Update your stock will and be entered into a bi-annual drawing help in November and May.
