Annual Meeting of Shareholders – June 9, Galena
The 45th Gana-A’Yoo Annual Meeting of Shareholders is on June 9th at 3:00 pm at the Sidney C Huntington School in Galena. Gana-A’Yoo is planning to have in-person meeting with the option of shareholders to participate virtually. Shareholders will be provided information to attend the meeting virtually prior to the meeting. Voting Shareholders have the option to vote their hard copy proxy or online at ganaayoovote.com.
Those who submit their signed and dated proxy on or before 5 p.m. on May 12th, are eligible for the early bird drawings of one $1,500, one $1,000 prize, one $500 prize, three $250 prizes and four $100 prizes. Those who voted via eProxy will be entered for the eProxy drawings of one $1,000, two $500, three $250, and four $100 prizes.
To be eligible for all other door prizes; two $1,000 prizes, two $250 prizes and two $100 prizes at the annual meeting proxies are due to the inspector of election no later than 5 p.m. on June 6th, or you must register to vote at the meeting.
