Shape the Future of Our Corporation

Are you interested in helping to shape the future of shareholders and descendants? We are looking for passionate individuals to join our board of directors and be a driving force behind our collective success.

The Gana-A’Yoo Board of Directors has three open positions. This year, the board seats held by Kimberly Bower, Howard Darling, and Frederick Huntington Sr. are up for election.

The Gana-A’Yoo Foundation is glad to announce the expansion of its board of directors from three positions to five. We currently have one open seat, and we invite shareholders who are passionate about education, leadership, and community development to apply.

Current board members are Kaitlyn Demoski (term is expiring), Linda Fleury, Shay Huntington McEwen, Paul Mountain, and Corrine Stickman.

• One (1) three-year term (Starting April 2025)

Board members must be 18 years of age or older to qualify. Please note that under federal laws governing private foundations, family members of Gana-A’Yoo Foundation board members are not eligible to receive a Foundation scholarship during their term on the board. Current scholarship recipients are also not eligible to serve on the board.

Form Deadline: Friday, March 7, 2025

• Shareholder of the Year: a shareholder who models the Mission, Vision, and Values of Gana-A’Yoo. Shareholder of the Year Nomination/Application Form
• Student of the Year: recognizes a student, 7th grade – college, who models the mission, vision, and values of the Gana-A’Yoo Foundation. Nominees must be either a Gana-A’Yoo shareholder or a descendant of an original shareholder. Student of the Year Nomination/Application Form

There will be four $50 cash prize drawings for shareholders who opt in for electronic delivery of materials by Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 5 pm. Shareholders who have already opted in with a valid email address are automatically entered to win!

Shareholders who have previously opted into electronic delivery with a valid email address are automatically entered to win. Shareholders have the option to revoke consent and receive a mailed copy of the annual report, proxy statement, and other information within 30 days.
