Join the Gana-A’Yoo Foundation Board of Directors

The Gana-A’Yoo Foundation Board of Directors has two open positions for individuals passionate about supporting fellow shareholders and helping our Foundation grow.

Available Positions:

  1. Two (2) three-year terms (Starting December 2024)

In line with our recently amended bylaws, the Gana-A’Yoo Foundation board is expanding from three to five members. Current board members are Kaitlyn Demoski, Shay Huntington McEwen, and Corrine Stickman.

How to Apply:

Board members must be 18 years of age or older to qualify. Please note that under federal laws governing private foundations, family members of Gana-A’Yoo Foundation board members are not eligible to receive a Foundation scholarship during their term on the board. Current scholarship recipients are also not eligible to serve on the board.
