Proxies are necessary to achieve a quorum for the Annual Meeting. We urge you to vote by proxy or electronic proxy (eProxy). If you vote by proxy and later decide to attend the meeting, you may still vote in person by ballot. Voting stock held by minor shareholders shall be voted by the minor’s custodian if the custodian is qualified to vote. Note: Class E stock held by minors are not voting shares.  

Your proxy form and a self-addressed return envelope are mailed separately. For the form to be valid, it must be signed and dated. If you are voting shares as the custodian for a minor, please sign YOUR name and NOT the name of the minor. If you cannot write your name, make your mark and have it witnessed by one person who is at least 18 years of age.
