Gana-A’Yoo Office Hours in Fairbanks
We invite shareholders and descendants to Gana-A’Yoo Office Hours in Fairbanks at the Doyon Industrial Facility (615 Bidwell Ave), 1st Floor Training Room, on Thursday, June 19, from 1:30 to 3:30 pm. Our team will be available to answer your questions and assist with shareholder records and information.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT OFFICE HOURS:
- Update Shareholder Records – Make changes to your address, name, or other personal information on file.
- Update Your Stock Will – All shareholders with a valid Stock Will dated within the past five years will be automatically entered into our bi-annual drawing in May and November.
- Open Enrollment Support – Get help completing your Open Enrollment forms and learn more about eligibility.
- On-Site Notary Services – A notary will be available to assist with gifting applications and other official documents.
- Scholarship Information – Learn about available educational support opportunities.
- Gana-A’Yoo Governance Opportunities – Find out how you can get involved by serving on Gana-A’Yoo’s Board of Committees.
